3 things that I need to STOP doing:
- MINDLESS EATING -- in front of the computer, in the car, at work, when bored, etc...
- MAKING EXCUSES -- this is pretty self-explanatory
- AIMING FOR PERFECTION -- waiting for the "perfect" time/conditions/day is a complete waste of time
3 things that I need to START doing:
- COUNTING CALORIES -- use MyFitnessPal to stay accountable
- EXERCISING -- just do it.
- SLEEPING MORE -- 5 hours of sleep isn't condusive to weight loss (...or anything else, for that matter)
